In May 2010, Jay earned the SIOR Designation as an Office Specialist. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR. Today there are 3,000 SIOR members in 580 markets in 26 countries. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is a global organization that certifies commercial real estate providers. Individuals who earn SIOR Designation adhere to the highest levels of experience, accountability and ethical standards.
